As of today, our “Free Listing” period has expired and we now require advertisers to pay a small fee of 10% of the advertised price of an item (up to a maximum of $35.00 for expensive items such as musical instruments) Your listing will stay online until you remove it. Of course, it’s still completely free to browse and buy!

We have now activated the Paypal function which takes you directly to the Paypal website once you have entered your items  - it’s fast, simple and most importantly, safe and secure. I would however, recommend that you register with Paypal first, also a very simple task.

Since launching the site six months ago, we now have over 800 items for sale on schoolxchange. There are some great savings to be had!  Our most popular items are blazers, winter uniforms and textbooks.

With the cooler weather now upon us, we have this week added a new category for the upcoming snow season “Ski Gear & Apparel”.  With many families planning their next holidays to the snow, don’t leave it too late to discover that those gorgeous ski pants and jackets from last year no longer fit. They’ve probably only been worn for two weeks and have been sitting in the cupboard under the stairs for 11 months! With all schools now into Term 2 and the wearing of winter uniform in place, it’s the perfect time to list anything from last year that they have out-grown. Jumpers, jackets and other winter uniforms/sports gear. With the money you make on selling you can put it towards whatever else they need - there’s always something!
